These are just some of the areas in which we operate!Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for a Scrum Master.Cooperation: b2bWorking model: remoteTasks:Maintain and ensure the continuous integration and release processes are followedProvide processes that improve team performance and document all the agreements that the team defines as part of their self-organizationResponsible for coaching the Agile team focusing on team dynamics and performance. Help the team manage interpersonal conflicts, challenges and opportunities for growthResponsible for actively removing impediments, fostering an environment of high productivity Support team rules and reinforce them from time to time Responsible for the teams’ performance in terms of metrics and deliverables Shield the team from outside distractions and interferencesFacilitate team meetings – daily stand-ups, iteration planning, iteration review, retrospectivesCreate and maintain JIRA processesSupport the Product Owner in their efforts to manage backlog and guide the team with respect to priorities and scopeTeach problem solving techniques and help the team become better problem-solvers for themselves. Escalate where necessary but only after the teams have exhausted all possible options of resolving the issue themselvesRequirements:Lean Agile leadership experience across multiple large and complex projects, across distributed teams, across multiple locationsBe a strong leader with experience in measuring Agile project against Lean portfolio metricsHave strong backlog management and facilitation techniquesJIRA configuration and managementMust be familiar with software development lifecycle and understand customer centricityHave strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external, in an Agile delivery environmentStrong communication skills with all the key stakeholders to ensure Project scope is understood and implemented correctlyBe an advocate of continuous improvement and industry recognized best practices in AgileExcellent knowledge of Risk Management, risk identification and risked based planningProactive, strong-minded, quick thinker and assertive.Able to motivate a team, recognize good talent and bring the best out of each individualExcellent communicator, influencing skills and negotiation skills to get management buy-in on ideas and concepts Nice to have:Strong knowledge of Gaming and Lottery, including Player Platforms, CRM features, remote gaming server integrations and Data Protection is a plus Discover the Power of IT Excellence.
