You will guide teams in the Agile methodology, support team rules, facilitate product team's progress toward team goals, and promote Agile quality practices. Your role is critical in building high-performing teams and supporting the SAFe across multiple enterprise applications.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute Scrum methodologies for product lifecycleGuide teams in the Agile methodology and support team rulesFacilitate product team's progress toward team goalsLead, facilitate meetings, eliminate blockers, and promote Agile quality practicesBuild high-performing teams and coordinate with other teamsSupport ROM and level of estimate activitiesProvide teams with feedback and means of improvementLead regular agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovationFacilitate team scrums, sprint planning, and user demonstrationsAdvise government personnel on incremental changes for continuous improvementParticipate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activitiesSupport coordination between development teams and infrastructure teamsTrack and report team metrics and velocityIdentify and help resolve impediments to team progressQualifications:Clearance Level:Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fieldExperience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile environmentsCertified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certificationExperience with Agile methodologiesUnderstanding of software development processesProficiency with: Scrum and Agile methodologiesJira, Confluence, and KendisSprint planning and executionAgile ceremonies facilitationImpediment removal techniquesTeam coaching and mentoringBasic conflict resolutionBenefits at Sentar: Our unique ownership model attracts top talent, giving employees the freedom to take initiative and drive meaningful improvements.
