You will ensure a deep understanding and correct application of Agile principles, helping the team maximize project outcomes while protecting them from internal and external distractions.Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, RetrospectivesSchedule and monitor key Agile milestonesEnsure the smooth and effective use of Scrum methodologySupport the team in managing the Product Backlog and Sprint BacklogSafeguard the Definition of Done (DoD)Track and monitor team capacity and velocityEnsure backlog consistency in JiraProactively manage risks and issues Agile Coaching & MethodologyPromote gradual team self-organizationRemove barriers to team effectivenessProtect the team from external disruptionsCoach stakeholders and business lines on effective Agile collaborationFoster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvementRequirements:Master’s degree or equivalent experienceCertified Scrum MasterMinimum 5 years of relevant experienceFluent in French and English Technical Expertise (Mandatory)Strong knowledge of Agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g., Jira)Understanding of automated unit testing, automated functional testing, and CI toolingSolid knowledge of software development methodologiesStrong project management methodology knowledge Business ExpertiseExpert knowledge of Agile methodologies and techniquesStrong Agile mindset with coaching experienceBanking sector experience (mandatory)
