To support this initiative, they are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to guide delivery and champion Agile practices across the program.This is a unique opportunity to join a program with strong executive backing, supporting the uplift of critical cyber controls while shaping Agile delivery within a complex, enterprise environment.What you’ll be responsible for: 🔹 Leading Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives 🔹 Guiding teams on Agile principles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement 🔹 Working closely with Product Owners, Cyber Security SMEs, and stakeholders to manage and prioritise backlogs 🔹 Removing impediments and protecting the team from external distractions 🔹 Tracking and reporting on sprint progress 🔹 Supporting the implementation of Essential 8 controls 🔹 Coordinating cross-functional dependencies and ensuring alignment with wider IT and Security programs 🔹 Uplifting Agile maturity and coaching team members across delivery practicesWhat you’ll bring: 🔹 Proven experience as a Scrum Master within cyber security or IT infrastructure programs 🔹 Strong understanding of the Essential 8 framework and its implementation challenges 🔹 Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM I/II) or equivalent 🔹 Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar Agile delivery tools 🔹 Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and conflict-resolution skills 🔹 Ability to navigate a fast-paced and regulated environmentDesirable: 🔹 Familiarity with WA State Government Cyber Policy 🔹 Understanding of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or SAFeApply today!
