We’re looking for a Scrum Master that will be in charge of facilitating, coaching and guiding the team towards agile best practices according to the reality of the organization. What you'll be doing:

Help the squad to self-organize, be autonomous;Facilitate the scrum processes, protect it from interference, and help remove impediments by encouraging the squad to find solutions;Provide transparency over the squad goals that have been set and progress to the stakeholders;Guide the team through challenges and work very closely with the Product Owner on the rollout and enhancements throughout the product life cycle;Coach and mentor Developers, QAs and Product Owners on Agile principles and processes;Facilitate team ceremonies (daily stand-up meetings, release plannings, backlog refinements, sprint plannings, sprint reviews, demos and retrospectives) and other required team meetings;Adapt Agile best practices to the reality of the organization to ensure buy-in of the team and stakeholders;Help the PO maintain an up-to-date product backlog;Involve the team in continuous improvement with the aim of simplifying processes;Managing multiple development teams;Partner with your colleagues to help the organization gain maturity with its processes and implement best practices;What you'll need:

3+ years' experience in a similar roleExperience working in Agile environmentStrong experience with Agile concepts (Scrum and / or Kanban)Background in IT project managementGood knowledge of Software Engineering and SDLCPrevious experience working with Product OwnersStrong communication skillsFluent in both French and EnglishFlexible in shifting prioritiesAbility to work well under pressure, prioritize work and be well organizedBe able to understand and identify areas of improvement in Agile practicesPositive, mobilizing, and participative leadershipCritical thinking with a focus on innovation and continuous improvementBenefits: Vacation Days: 8% (4 weeks) + 1 week during holiday office closures (discretionary)Stock OptionsSick/Personal Days: FlexibleHybrid:
