Position SummaryThe Founding Dean will serve as the Chief Academic and Operating Officer of the medical school. In this two-phase role, the Dean will begin as a part-time strategic leader in Q3-Q4 2025 (tentative), collaborating with external consultants and the founding Chancellor to guide accreditation planning, curriculum design, and institutional setup.

The Dean will then transition into a full-time, on-site executive leadership role by mid 2027 (tentative) as the school moves toward LCME preliminary approval and student recruitment.
