Job Title: Real Estate Investment SDR (Multifamily Focus)About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly experienced Real Estate Sales Development Representative with a near-native American accent and 8+ years of outbound cold-calling experience specifically in multifamily real estate, real estate investing, apartment acquisitions, or capital-raising outreach.You will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel conversations, qualifying property owners and investors, and booking meetings for our acquisitions and investor-relations teams. This is a call-heavy role for someone who has been in the trenches and knows how to convert cold conversations into real opportunities.If you are confident on the phone, have deep experience speaking to decision-makers in the real estate space, and can communicate in a clear, neutral, American-sounding voice, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume outbound cold calls to property owners, investors, brokers, and operators in the multifamily space.Qualify leads based on investment criteria (e.g., property size, location, NOI, rent roll, renovation potential).Book high-quality meetings for the acquisitions or investor-relations team.Handle objections, build rapport quickly, and maintain a professional tone at all times.Maintain accurate notes, lead statuses, and follow-ups in the CRM.Follow scripts and frameworks while adapting naturally to each conversation.Provide weekly reporting on call performance, conversions, and pipeline quality.mRequirements8+ years of outbound cold-calling experience in one or more of the following:Multifamily acquisitionsReal estate investment firmsReal estate lead generationProperty management outreachInvestor relations / capital raisingNear-native or fully neutral American-sounding accent (mandatory).Exceptional phone presence and objection-handling skills.Proven track record of booking qualified meetings in real estate.Strong understanding of multifamily terminology (cap rates, value-add, occupancy, unit mix, underwriting basics).Ability to work U.S. hours.Comfortable with high call volume and KPI-driven environment.CompensationHourly Rate: To be discussed during the interview
