Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new outbound opportunities across construction and software-enabled commercial services. This role sits at the very top of the funnel and is responsible for initiating conversations, qualifying early interest, and building a predictable outbound pipeline.You will be the first point of contact for many prospects. Success in this role requires strong outbound discipline, comfort with cold calling, and the ability to quickly identify which opportunities should advance to the sales team.This is a hands-on, high-activity role designed for someone who wants to grow in sales while helping build a scalable outbound motion.What You’ll Be Responsible ForExecute high-volume outbound outreach, including 150+ cold calls per day, plus email, SMS, and LinkedIn messagingIntroduce construction and software-enabled service solutions to commercial prospects across franchise, retail, QSR, and enterprise environmentsIdentify and engage general contractors, property owners, franchise operators, and commercial decision-makersRun top-of-funnel conversations to generate interest and qualify basic fit before routing opportunities to the sales teamBuild and maintain outbound prospect lists aligned with the ideal customer profileResearch companies, markets, and decision-makers to uncover new opportunitiesLog activity, notes, and lead status accurately in the CRMFollow up consistently with warm prospects to convert interest into booked meetingsTrack daily and weekly activity metrics and contribute feedback to outreach scripts and strategyPartner closely with sales to ensure clean handoffs and aligned pipeline prioritiesWhat We’re Looking For1 to 2 years of experience in outbound sales, prospecting, or SDR rolesPrior exposure to B2B, construction, commercial services, or SaaS environments is a plusStrong comfort with cold calling and multi-channel outreach at high volumeExcellent English communication skills, written and verbal (C1 or C2 required)Ability to research accounts, identify decision-makers, and understand commercial buying contextsHighly organized with strong follow-through on outreach and follow-upsSelf-motivated, coachable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environmentCompany OverviewOur client is a fast-growing, technology-enabled commercial services company operating within a large, fragmented U.S. market.
