In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, nurturing interest, and booking qualified appointments for our Account Executives.ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify target accounts within assigned territories.Build and maintain organized lead lists using CRM and sales tools.Execute coordinated outreach campaigns through cold calling, direct email, and LinkedIn.Prospect and engage decision-makers such as facility managers, property managers, operations leads, and procurement officers.Personalize outreach around key triggers such as contract renewals, business expansions, customer complaints, and new facility openings.Handle objections professionally and ensure all interactions are properly documented in the CRM.Consistently meet or exceed daily activity metrics and weekly meeting goals.Qualifications1–3+ years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or SDR roles.Proven confidence in cold calling and appointment setting.Strong written communication skills for effective email and LinkedIn outreach.Proficiency with CRM systems and common sales software tools.Organized, coachable, and metrics-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
