Run what runs the world.This Position Reports ToMarketing & Sales ManagerYour Role And ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to bring new business opportunities and improve the existing ones by supporting the Sales organization with relevant knowledge of products and markets. Each day, you will support the defined Sales organization and customers throughout the sales process in your assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in sales strategy discussions for the assigned area, agreements on short-term and long-term goals, and negotiation of the division sales budget.The work model for the role is: #hybridThis role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power, Low Voltage Systems in South East Asia cluster.You Will Be Mainly Accountable ForCreating the division sales plans for the area, in coordination with the Sales organization and teams.Analyzing the customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and the information provided by the Sales organization.Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.g., product launches) and communications to the Sales organization and customers, communicating the value proposition of the products, systems, services, and packages provided by the company.Supporting the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, as well as in the preparation of competitive/strategic offers.Qualifications For The RoleAt least 10 years of Sales & Marketing experience with direct responsibility of sales and marketing of Low Voltage Systems and products.Strong knowledge of low voltage system and Products is required.Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the execution of commercial plans and strategiesProven track record in designing and deploying marketing strategies and/or leading and closing large sales deals.Demonstrated ability for building organizational capabilities and deliver high performance / excellence in marketing and salesEntrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills and executive presence.Self-driven with networking, collaboration, and intercultural skills.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering or Business AdministrationFluency in English, and basic proficiency in Korean or Japanese.More About UsABB Smart Power provides energy distribution solutions for data centers, industrial and manufacturing plants, critical infrastructure and commercial buildings.
