SEA Finance Director (Financial Services )Location: Thailand (Regional Role)Industry: Financial ServicesWe are looking for an experienced Regional Finance Director to lead regional finance operations across Southeast Asia for a fast-growing financial services organization. This role oversees end-to-end finance activities, including daily operations, regulatory compliance, regional consolidation, and major transformation projects.The ideal candidate brings strong financial services expertise, experience operating in complex multinational environments, and the ability to partner closely with business leaders across multiple markets.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Accounting LeadershipLead regional finance and accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and closing activitiesDrive strong governance, compliance, and alignment with group financial standards.Act as a strategic partner to business and regional leadership teams.Regulatory & ComplianceOversee adherence to financial services and fintech regulatory requirements.Ensure statutory compliance, audit readiness, and robust internal controls across markets.Process Improvement & TransformationDrive finance process standardization, efficiency improvements, and automation.Lead or support transformation initiatives including system migrations or integration projects.Strengthen daily operations with a focus on operational excellence.Business SupportCollaborate closely with business units to enhance financial visibility and performance management.Provide insights that support decision-making, cost control, and long-term planning.Regional CollaborationWork closely with stakeholders in the APAC regionSupport cross-border projects, reporting consolidation, and regional initiatives.RequirementsFinancial services industry experience is essential.Proven background in regional finance & accounting leadership within multinational or high-growth environments.Solid understanding of daily finance operations, regulatory frameworks, and high-volume transaction environments.Experience with transformation initiatives (e.g., system migration, M&A integration) is highly valued.Strong communication skills in English and ThaiRegional experience across Southeast Asia preferred.
