Job Description: Design and Deliver Engagement Programs: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives that are inclusive, purposeful, and tailored to team needs.
Go beyond logistics to ensure every initiative contributes meaningfully to the employee experience. Ensure Ownership from End to End: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for event delivery, proactively plan for risks (e. g. , backup plans), and follow through on feedback to continuously improve outcomes. Be a Reliable Point of Contact: Support employee queries related to onboarding and early-stage HR processes with clarity, empathy, and responsiveness. Act as a Trusted HR Liaison: Respond to employee queries on HR policies and processes with clarity, timeliness, and professionalism. Craft Internal Communication Narratives: Prepare clear and engaging communications (e. g.
, internal emails, decks) to support HR initiatives and cultural moments. Monitor and Evaluate Initiatives: Track participation and feedback, measure effectiveness of engagement efforts, and propose data-informed improvements. Support Wider HR Projects: Contribute to L&D, employee relations, or special initiatives as needed. Requirements:
