Plan, coordinate, and execute internal engagement activities and events from concept to completionCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver engaging and memorable employee experiencesMeasure and review the effectiveness and impact of employee engagement initiatives for improving future projectsDraft and edit internal communication content for newsletters, intranet updates, and corporate materialsMonitor employee engagement levels through regular checks and feedback sessionsAssist in organizing learning sessions and training logistics, maintain learning records and support employee development initiativesAssist with HR administrative tasks and cross-functional projects to ensure smooth operationsJob Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or equivalent experiencePreferably 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR, event planning, or internal communicationsEnergetic and service-oriented, with a genuine passion for people and cultureAble to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong organizational and project coordination skillsDetail-oriented with a hands-on approachExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. Bilingual in both English and Mandarin is a plus for liaising with stakeholders
