Job Description: About The RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in talent sourcing, market research, candidate engagement, and recruitment analytics. You will work closely with the hiring team to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process while contributing to strategic hiring initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring teams to understand job requirements and identify the right candidate profiles for open positions. Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, identify talent pools, and determine the most effective sourcing channels.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for evergreen roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates. Engage with potential candidates via emails, social media, and phone calls to assess interest, inform them about job opportunities, and schedule interviews. Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as sourcing conversion rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recommend improvements. Requirements: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in any discipline, with a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Prior experience in recruitment and/or sourcing (including Boolean searches) is a plus.

Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and problem-solving. Ability to work in a cross-regional and cross-cultural environment, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, fast-learning attitude. Available for a minimum commitment of 3 months (full-time or at least 3 days per week for part-time).
