Job descriptions: Develop and implement a CSR/sustainability strategy that aligns with the organizations’ mission and maximize the values and connection with public. Lead the development and execution of CSR/sustainability initiatives, including social responsibility, environmental management, and governance program. Manage relevant responses to internal and external inquiries on CSR/sustainability matters and support solution-finding regarding the company vision and the impact aspects. Work with business units to devise the execution of the social development program.
Work collaboratively with team members and external stakeholders to manage a robust campaign that ensure the effectiveness of the campaigns and meet with the objective. Coordinate with specialize agencies (social enterprise, advertising, PR, media planning, event organizer) to execute campaigns. Execute communications plan to promote the project to external and internal engagement. Copywriting, copyediting, proofreading for a wide range of communication materials including social media post, press releases, speeches, spokespersons briefing documents. Preparing campaign and corporate presentation deck to propose to executive and external partners including government, foundations, private sectors, and etc.
Execute internal communication campaigns targeted at increasing employee awareness and engagement with the enterprise. Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating each campaign results including project value, PR results, budget, and compile to the summary reports. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Sustainability, Social Science, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field. At least 5 years of experiences in sustainability management, project management, corporate communications with demonstrated success in developing and implementing sustainability/CSR initiatives or project related roles. Excellent in project planning, analytical thinking, evaluation, and presentation.
Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional team and communicate across all levels of leaders and external to drive objectives with good judgement. Ability to function effectively with multiple projects, rapidly changing priorities, work on ad hoc. projects across other areas of corporate communications as needs frequently arise. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop sustainability metrics. Self-starter with a “Can do” attitude, result oriented, creativity, enthusiastic, and excellent team player to deliver successful outcomes. Office Location: AIA Building - MRT Thailand Cultural Center (Monday to Friday 10. 00 - 19. 00)
