Role Description As a Sealing Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing sealing contracts, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, and maintaining high-quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with teams, monitoring costs, and liaising with clients. The role requires ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and contract specifications. This is a full-time on-site position located in Cambridge. Qualifications Proven experience in project management and contract management within the civil construction or sealing industryStrong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyEffective communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholdersProficiency in using microsoft excelGood problem-solving skills and the capacity to work under pressureRelevant certification or qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferredA valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites as required
