Job description: Job Purpose: Manage a successful delivery of the Seamless Operations program through well-structured data analysis, program governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement Functional Responsibilities: –Develop and refine the project's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with overarching program goals, ensure these KPIs are communicated effectively across the relevant airport operations team and stakeholders. –Develop and monitor of operational performance metrics, dashboards and management tools that clearly articulate the status of key activities ensuring timely and successful execution. –Serve as the primary liaison for operational performance planning, ensure all communications are strategic, clear, timely, and contribute significantly to the program success and improvements. –Develop operational performance metrics, dashboards and management tools that clearly articulate the status of key activities ensuring timely and successful execution. –Manage the identification, development, and implementation of process improvements for program management processes and tools in line with other concerned departments. –Identify root causes of operational inefficiencies and define initiatives to optimize airport capabilities while achieving a harmonized and smooth operation in line with projected growth. –Collaborate with variant stakeholders to work in synergy towards improving the operational performance of the airports’ communities. Job Requirements: –Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Airport Management, Engineering or other relevant disciplines. –Work Experience*: 5 – 6 years of experience in a relevant field. Work Location: - Jeddah
