We are seeking a PPC/SEO Specialist (Google Ads, SEO, PPC) to scale client campaigns, optimize search visibility, and deliver exceptional outcomes.Position OverviewThe PPC/SEO Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, PPC, and social media platforms. The role requires a strong balance of technical expertise and creative strategy, with the ability to improve both organic and paid search performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Remarketing)Plan and execute Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads to increase visibility, engagement, and leadsDesign and run targeted email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns.Highly proficient in technical marketing integrations like GTM, Google Search Console, GA event tracking, Meta Pixel, and other key analytics tools.Skilled in crafting story-driven ad copy that engages audiences and drives conversions.Perform detailed keyword research, A/B testing, audience targeting, and bidding strategy optimization.Monitor ad spend and ROI to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and meet business goalsGenerate performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaignsCollaborate with the content and design teams for ad creatives and landing page optimizationStay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging toolsShare past campaign results and performance reports for review during the hiring processUndertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager or ManagementDevelop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.Optimize website structure, meta tags, and content for on-page SEO best practices.Manage off-page SEO activities, including link-building and outreach.Monitor and improve technical SEO, including site speed, crawlability, and indexing issues.Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with business goals.Work closely with designers and developers to ensure website UI/UX is optimized for conversions.Track and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.Provide recommendations for conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve website performance.Act as clients' primary point of contact regarding SEO and digital marketing strategies.Conduct regular client meetings and progress reports, explaining SEO performance, campaign results, and future strategies.Address client queries, provide recommendations, and ensure alignment with their business objectives.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.Provide training and insights to the marketing team on SEO and digital marketing trends.Monitor website traffic, rankings, and conversions, providing data-driven insights.Generate monthly reports for internal review and client presentations.Identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies to enhance digital performance.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, and digital advertisingAdvanced knowledge of Google Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and AnalyticsProven expertise in Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn AdsStrong understanding of on-page/off-page SEO and technical SEOExperience with email marketing tools and campaign automationStrong analytical and reporting skills with attention to ROIExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPortfolio/examples of SEO & PPC campaign success must be providedPreferred Skills (Plus Point)Experience with Zoho Marketing Suite or other CRM-integrated platformsGoogle Ads or Facebook Blueprint CertificationAdvanced knowledge of landing page optimization & CROWhat We OfferProfessional growth and development in a high-performance environmentOpportunity to manage diverse campaigns across industriesCollaborative and creative work cultureExposure to international digital marketing standards
