UI / UX Designer role to join the in-house creative agency: Works within the internal creative and digital agency team; designers, copywriters, video / animation and multi-channel digital marketing agency team and works into the Creative Lead who’s from the top digital agency environments.
The internal studio digital agency team support the Marketing Strategy Heads, Leads and Execs who work across the 14 different business brand areas across Europe. The UI / UX Designer role will focus on the larger web builds & campaigns as the design team become more involved in the main brand sites. The remit is wide, from user experience design across marketing campaigns to embarking on the front end of a very large digital product for Europe, alongside the software team over the next year.
You will lead the design of intuitive, engaging digital experiences across websites, apps, landing pages, and internal tools using behavioural data, user research, and UX best practices to shape seamless user journeys and bring ideas to life—from wireframes to polished UI. They are looking for a strong portfolio showcasing your UX thinking and visual design skills. Adobe Creative Suite and Figma or XD required and solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and front-end principles. (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
