In addition to providing excellent service, this role is responsible foractively suggesting additional items at the cash desk to enhance the customer experience and driveincremental sales. The position is focused, repetitive, and high impact, making it ideal for candidateswho thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others.Responsibilities Provide fast, frictionless, and friendly service at payment Greet customers as they approach cash. Confirm loyalty status. Suggest loyalty to non-members as required. Offer PWP to customers meeting the threshold. Offer GCs to customers for last-minutegifting. Determine if customer needs gift receipts or boxes. Thank the customer and invite them back. Restock cashes and maintain cleanliness of payment desk.QualificationsExperience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not requiredAdaptability, flexibility and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the storeDemonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experienceAbility to be stand at payment for extended periods of timeAbility to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniquesAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays (if required for the role)Additional InformationAt Indigo, we are committed to our communities, our customers, and each other; together we can make a positive impact.
