About The JobFull time position during peak season40 hours contractContract duration: 17.11.2025 until 31.12.2025MISSIONAs seasonal stock and operations support, you will assist the Louis Vuitton store team in delivering the best experience to our clients during the busy Christmas & New Year period.In this non-selling role, you will be responsible to facilitate and elevate the client’s journey through the store by assisting the operations team with all processes related to stock and inventory management, daily maintenance of stock rooms and packaging supply, product replenishment and transfer or delivery. You will support the sales team with gift wrapping, product search or by being a “runner” between shop floor and stock rooms in case of need, for instance during or after client appointments.You will partner with the managers and client advisors on duty to set a positive tone for the entire experience a client will have while they are with us and through this you will be essential to bringing the Louis Vuitton Promise to life.Job responsibilitiesRole & ResponsibilitiesAssisting in product delivery, replenishment and transfersReplenishing product drawers and proximity stock locations throughout the dayAssisting in cycle count and inventory managementReplenishment and maintenance of packaging stations around the store throughout the dayWrapping and packaging assistance to the sales teamTidying up around the store and maintaining strong back of house standards during busy momentsCollaborating with the store team at large to create a seamless client experience in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise and brand standardsProfilePROFILEThis is a perfect opportunity for anyone looking to gain a first luxury industry experience who has a passion for team work, operational excellence as well as a high level of agility. You must be at ease with light physical labour (carrying boxes/product), multi-tasking and comfortable to work with different kinds of IT tools.Impeccable grooming and communication skills are a requirement, as is fluent German and a good grasp of English.You must have a valid visa and work permit for Austria if not an Austrian/EU citizen.The legal minimum collective salary (“KV Mindestgehalt”) for this position is €2’280,52 gross per month.The ideal candidate must be available full time (40 hours per week) in November and December, working 5 days à 8 hours including some (not all) Saturdays.
