Job responsibilitiesPart—time position25 hours per week contract, ie 3 full days per week Start date: 2.11.2025 until minimum 31.12.2025 or 5.1.2026MISSIONAs seasonal support, you will assist the Louis Vuitton store team in delivering the best experience to our clients during the busy Christmas & New Year period.In this non-selling role, you will be responsible to facilitate and elevate the client’s journey through the store by animating the in-store welcome and waiting time, effectively determining the client’s needs and offering assistance with directions or information, offering drinks and maintaining displays as well as a strong store appearance and tidiness in general. You will support the sales team with gift wrapping, product search or by being a “runner” between shop floor and stock rooms in case of need, for instance during or after client appointments.You will partner with the managers and client advisors on duty to set a positive tone for the entire experience a client will have while they are with us and through this you will be essential to bringing the Louis Vuitton Promise to life.Role & ResponsibilitiesWelcoming clients with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, providing an excellent first impression of our brand to all visitorsEffectively determining client needs and providing direction towards the relevant departments or people inside the storeSupporting the management team on duty in effectively managing and animating waiting time and client flow by using digital wait list tools and ensuring smooth client communicationServing drinks to clientsTidying up around the store and maintaining strong visual standards throughout the dayWrapping and packaging assistance to the sales teamCollaborating with the store team at large to create a seamless client experience in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise and brand standardsProfilePROFILEThis is a perfect opportunity for anyone looking for a part-time role to enter the luxury industry who has a passion for client service, excellent people skills as well as a strong sense of empathy and agility. The ideal candidate will be an extremely proactive and ‘switched on’ individual with an outgoing, charismatic and approachable character as well as a high level of resilience that allows them to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must be at ease with multi-tasking and comfortable to work with different kinds of IT tools.Impeccable grooming and communication skills are a requirement, as are fluent English and German. Any additional relevant languages are a plus.You must have a valid visa and work permit for Austria if not an Austrian/EU citizen.The legal minimum collective salary (“KV Mindestgehalt”) for this position is €1’425,32 gross per month.The ideal candidate must be flexible and available at least 25 hours per week on 3 full days per week, including some (not all) Saturdays.
