ResponsibilitiesPerforming the due diligence with high quality and according to local and group AML/CFT requirementsUnderstanding of client’s business and structureCommunicating effectively and efficiently with clients and stakeholders to obtain KYC documentsEnsuring AML/KYC risk assessments using corporate tools as well as assessing additional risk indicatorsParticipating and presenting regulatory compliance matters in relevant committeesEscalation of exceptional cases or concernsSupporting colleagues and act as an advisor regarding KYC related questions, towards the client teams and other stakeholdersWorking according to set processesRequirementsFluency in English – both verbal and written (C1/C2)University degree in business administration, law or equivalent experience from Banking/Finance or ITMinimum 2 years of experience in working with AML/KYC related processes, particularly performing KYC workPreferably past experience working with the funds, trusts, foundations, hedge funds, financial institutions, asset or investment managersPractical knowledge of KYC, AML and the EU regulationsAbility to plan and prioritize tasksPositive mind-setCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent analytical abilityClient focused mindsetPassionate about providing high class service internally as well as externallyExperience in banking is a plusWe are a stable employer.
