Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional administrative support to internal teamsHandling operational tasks such as printing invoices, filing, and setting up internal documentationCarrying out compliance-related duties (e. g. AML checks, engagement letters)Maintaining and overseeing the internal client portalProviding high-quality secretarial support, including mail merges and preparing well-formatted reportsYou will also support the internal working environment and office logistics by: Greeting and assisting visitors (e. g.
couriers, suppliers) in a professional and friendly mannerCoordinating internal meeting room bookings and arranging catering/setup as neededPreparing hot/cold refreshments for internal meetings and training sessionsCovering reception duties during leave or busy periods, including answering internal callsSupporting with mail distribution, stationery stock, and general office upkeepAssisting with ad hoc tasks that help the team work more efficiently and effectivelyThe PersonWe’re looking for someone who thrives in a behind-the-scenes role, supporting others and keeping things running like clockwork.
