Job Responsibilities1. Administrative SupportAct as Personal Assistant to the Director, managing day-to-day administrative tasks.Assist with document preparation, data entry, and report compilation.Disseminate important company news and updates to the team.2. Calendar & Travel ManagementManage calendars for the Director and team; coordinate meetings, appointments, and venue reservations.Plan and coordinate business travel in compliance with Group travel policies; inform the team of entitlements and policy updates.3. Claims & ComplianceCollate documentation and submit expense claims for approval, ensuring adherence to Group policies.Keep the team informed of relevant entitlements and restrictions related to claims.4. Office & Records ManagementManage office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.Maintain and update filing systems, company databases, and confidential documents.5. Communication & CoordinationBuild and maintain good rapport with internal and external stakeholders.Support the team in communication and coordination to ensure efficient operations.Job RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in administrative support or as a personal assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules.
