About The JobThe Secretary will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills to handle correspondence, scheduling, and record management while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.ResponsibilitiesManage and organize office documents, correspondence, and records (both electronic and hard copies).Draft letters, memos, reports, and meeting minutes accurately and promptly.Maintain an up-to-date filing system and ensure proper document control.Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other communications.Arrange and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel plans.Prepare meeting agendas and assist in coordination of office activities and events.Assist management in planning and organizing office operations to ensure smooth workflow.Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and external partners.Provide courteous and professional assistance to clients, visitors, and colleagues.Ensure effective communication within departments through timely information sharing.Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for daily tasks and reporting.Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.Assist in the use of office technology such as printers, scanners, and photocopiersRequirementsLiving at or willing to relocate to Kisemvule - Mkuranga DistrictDiploma or Degree in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Typing speed and accuracy with excellent attention to detail.Apply now
