You will be an integral member in our Global Operations team, responsible for optimizing inventory levels and supply to end consumers across more than 60 countries worldwide. You should be an experienced supply chain professional, adopting a data-driven approach combined with strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
Our Global Operations team is essential for enhancing our customers’ experience and supporting key partnerships programs with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organizers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments. Responsibilities: Forecasting & Demand AnalysisPrepare forecasts for order placement, minimize forecast error and optimize inventory levels. Analyze a broad range of data (inventory levels, delivery periods & cost, efficiency) to optimize Secretlab’s supply chain and provide key business leaders with meaningful insights and recommendations for decision making.
Develop and refine demand forecasts based on historical sales data, market trends, new product launches and inputs from sales and marketing teams. Partner with the Data team to continuously improve forecasting logic and accuracy. Cross-functional Collaboration and CommunicationsCommunicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on demand projections and company’s sales strategies. Coordinate with supply planning and freight teams to ensure alignment between demand forecasts and supply capabilities. Inventory ManagementManage and optimize global inventory levels against internal targets through constant monitoring, prioritizing, and reallocations. Optimizing the loading and arrangement of goods within shipping containers to maximize space utilization.
Develop an informed and veteran understanding of direct/ indirect factors on supply chain to the global inventory level (logistical limitations, promotional activities, festive seasons, weather conditions, etc. )Execute projects relating to inventory optimization and demand forecasting. Process improvementsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and automation in demand planning processes. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and accuracy in demand forecasting and inventory management. Ad-Hoc DutiesPrepare and present inventory and sales reports to the Demand Planning Manager and key stakeholders. Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned. Requirements:
Bachelor in Business, with a specialization in Supply Chain, Analytics, or a relevant course of studies. At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills, with business proficiency in English. Experience working with ERP systems. Detail-oriented, metric and results driven, with very strong analytical skills. You should be a self-starter with strong logical reasoning skillsProficiency in Tableau, GoogleSheets and Microsoft Excel, highly capable in utilizing intermediate-advanced functions (VLookup, Pivot Tables, etc. )Bonuses: Strong understanding of consumer psychology. Prior experience working with Business Intelligence tools. Experience in supply planning.
