Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead and manage a high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operational management, team motivation, strategic planning, and performance improvement initiatives. This role requires a proactive leader with a passion for process enhancement, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering results in line with business goals and regulatory standards.Job Responsibilities:- Inspire, motivate, and lead team members to achieve individual and collective goals. - Foster open and effective communication across the team to ensure alignment and clarity.- Supervise and manage daily operations to meet service level agreements (SLAs).- Plan and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business requirements.- Strategize, organize, and allocate resources effectively to optimize performance.- Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.Job Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a management or leadership role.- Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing operations effectively.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.- Results-oriented with a strong commitment to continuous improvement, effective problem resolution, and sound decision-making.- Proven ability to manage change, improve processes, and enhance team performance.Note: Only shortlisted candidate will be contacted.
