Section Manager - Business Development (Feasibility Expert)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying, evaluating, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business modeling, financial modeling, and feasibility studies, with a proven ability to translate opportunities into actionable business cases. While experience across industries is valued, automotive and mobility-related business knowledge will be considered a strong advantage.ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Financial Modelingo Create robust business models that define value propositions, revenue structures, costing structures, expenses, related investments, and scalability potential.o Develop financial models (P&L, cash flow, NPV, IRR) to evaluate commercial viability.o Conduct financial feasibility studies to support go/no-go decisions.o Research market information, competitors / key players, and related regulations to support assumptions usage.o Be able to come up with appropriated sensitivity factors, and sensitivity analysis.Business Proposalo Prepare investment proposals, business cases, and presentations for executive and board-level decision-making.Cross-functional Collaborationo Work closely with all relevant stakeholders i.e. finance, legal, operations, etc., or supplier to ensure alignment of business plans.o Engage external consultants, advisors, or partners when required.Qualificationso Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree / MBA is a plus).o 4-5 years of experience in business development, feasibility studies, and financial analysis.o Professional in building business models, financial models, and feasibility studies for new business in various industries is a MUST.o Experience in automotive, mobility, or related industries is a strong advantage.o Proficient in English (Speaking and Writing).o Logical thinking o Strong analytical and financial acumen, with advanced Excel formula & function, and financial modeling skills.o Ability to conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and financial feasibility studies.o Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.o Strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into structured business cases (Business sense).o Entrepreneurial spirit with high adaptability and problem-solving capability (Sense of ownership).o Result oriented and good prioritization (sense of emergency).o Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
