The Section Manager ensures operational excellence in the store, supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining brand compliance. This role fosters a positive work environment that promotes brand values, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesSales:Lead by example in customer service and uphold brand standards.Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with team members to drive sales performance and engagement.Understand competitors and capitalize on local opportunities.Commercial & Visual:Maintain high store standards and impactful displays.Ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.Continuously improve the shopping experience based on competitor benchmarks.Stock Management:Follow standard operating procedures for stock handling.Ensure best-selling items are well-stocked.Regularly review stock levels and management processes.Service Standards:Model excellent customer service and address complaints promptly.Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality.Ensure all staff complete required service training.Standards Compliance:Ensure legal and safety compliance in store operations.Conduct regular training and assessments for staff.Loss Prevention:Adhere to cash management procedures and conduct regular stock checks.Monitor for theft and suspicious activities.People Management:Implement HR policies and engage with employees to foster communication.Partner with management for staff training and performance reviews.Cost Control:Optimize staff efficiency and manage costs effectively.Develop plans for cost improvement.Required SkillsMotivation to achieve targets and KPIs.Passion for fashion and retail.Strong leadership and customer management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Organizational and multitasking skills.QualificationsGraduate with 8+ years of retail sales experience.Detail-oriented with strong computer skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.We offer attractive remuneration package, includes 5 days’ work commensurate with qualification and experience to the right candidate.
