This role will provide comprehensive human resources support across all HR functions while partnering with leadership to drive employee engagement, talent acquisition, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced, regulated environment and understand the unique challenges of the biotech industry and partner closely with senior leadership to build a high-performing culture that attracts and retains top biotech talent.
