What You'll Be DoingYou'll lead our overnight operations, managing a team of frontline staff and maintaining high service standards across all car park areas.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be out on the ground, supporting your team and helping to create great customer experiences.
What We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role, ideally in the parking or transport industryFull, clean NZ driver's licence (held for 2+ years)Proven ability to lead and motivate teams of 15+ frontline staffConfident handling face-to-face customer interactions and resolving issues calmlyStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable using Microsoft Excel and WordExperience working in diverse and inclusive teamsFlexibility to cover other shifts when required (with notice)Business studies qualification (Level 6 or higher) preferredFamiliarity with car parking systems is a plusImportant to KnowThis is a night shift role (10: 00 PM - 6: 00 AM), 5 nights per week, including Saturday and Sunday.
