Position OverviewWe are seeking a Security Analyst to support our BIS Assurance Programs, focusing on certifications and attestations such as SOC/ISAE, HITRUST, and PCI. This role will provide governance and program support across the audit and assessment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.ResponsibilitiesSupport the full lifecycle of security audits and assessments, including planning, execution, remediation, and certification.Assist in the administration and maintenance of systems used for SOC, HITRUST, and PCI DSS assessments.Coordinate with internal teams and third-party assessors to ensure timely and accurate completion of assessments.Maintain and improve program governance documentation, including policies, standards, and procedures.Facilitate structured communications to ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned.Collaborate with security, audit, and IT teams to enhance the efficiency and integrity of audit processes.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within BIS Assurance Programs.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field preferred.Foundational experience in information security, particularly in governance, risk management, and audit support.Hands-on experience with SOC / ISAE audits.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with PCI Data Security Standards.Understanding of HITRUST assessment lifecycles.Experience with project or program management.Strong communication and organizational skills.LocationNew hires will be aligned to Cognizant offices in Atlanta, GA where you will work alongside other experienced Cognizant associates delivering technology solutions. Exact start dates will be communicated with enough time for you to plan effectively.Salary And Other CompensationThe annual salary for this position is $72,000.00, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
