This vital role includes close collaboration with store teams, ensuring the safety of customers and employees, liaising with security vendors on critical matters, and managing on-site security personnel. The Security Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining a safe and pleasant shopping environment for both customers and staff.(보안 코디네이터는 담당 매장 내 모든 보안 관련 운영을 감독합니다. 이 중요한 역할은 매장 팀과의 지속적인 협업, 고객 및 직원의 안전 보장, 핵심 필요 사항에 대한 보안 담당자와의 연락, 그리고 보안팀 관리를 포함합니다. 보안 코디네이터는 고객과 직원 모두에게 안전하고 쾌적한 쇼핑 환경을 유지하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다.)Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity Operations ManagementConduct regular training for store employees on emergency response, de-escalation of disruptive incidents, snatch-and-run theft prevention, and personal safety awareness.Perform routine security audits to assess the effectiveness of security strategies.Identify potential vulnerabilities and report them to the relevant stakeholders.Monitor in-store security systems such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems.Ensure proper operation of all security devices and report malfunctions immediately.Oversee the deployment of security guards to ensure effective coverage and operational efficiency.Review security deployment to match store risk exposure and recommend changes when needed.Evaluate and report the necessity of additional security guard requests.Respond to incidents and conduct audits at nearby stores as required.Work closely with security service providers to ensure performance aligns with contractual requirements and expectations.Report issues regarding guard conduct, particularly related to integrity and professionalism.Support planning and execution of major events such as new store openings and product launches (e.g., queue management, security equipment setup, permit applications).Assist in identifying process loopholes and control gaps through investigations and store walkthroughs.Collaborate with Preservation Manager and Store Operation Leaders to address security concerns.Support designated stores within the assigned responsibility area (may include multiple store locations).주요 업무보안 운영 관리매장 직원을 대상으로 비상 상황 대응, 고객 응대 중 분쟁 완화, 소매 절도 방지, 개인 안전 교육 등을 주기적으로 실시보안 전략의 효과성을 평가하기 위한 정기적인 보안 점검 실시잠재적 취약점을 식별하고 관련 담당자에게 보고매장 내 CCTV, 경보 시스템 등 보안 시스템 모니터링모든 보안 장비가 정상 작동하는지 확인하고 이상 발생 시 즉시 보고보안 경비 인력의 배치를 감독하고, 효과성과 효율성을 평가위험 노출 수준에 따라 배치가 적절한지 확인하고 필요 시 담당자와 조정추가 경비 인력 요청에 대해 검토하고 타당성을 보고필요 시 인근 매장을 방문하여 보안 점검 또는 긴급 사건 대응외부 보안 용역업체와 협력하여 계약된 기준 및 기대치를 충족하도록 관리부정행위 및 성실성 문제 등 발생 시 즉시 보고신규 매장 오픈, 신제품 출시 등 주요 행사에 대한 보안 기획 및 실행 지원 (줄 서기 관리, 인력 배치, 장비 준비, 관계 기관 허가 신청 포함)보존 매니저 및 매장 운영 리더의 보안 관련 우려 사항에 대해 협력담당 지역 내 여러 매장을 포함하여 전반적 보안 지원 수행Team LeadershipTrain and supervise the in-store security guard team.Collaborate with external vendors to ensure sufficient guard coverage during operating hours.Provide ongoing training and coaching to improve guard performance.Promote a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and customer service within the security team.팀 리더십보안 인력을 교육하고 감독외부 용역업체와 협력하여 영업시간 중 충분한 인력 확보경비 인력의 성과 향상을 위한 지속적인 교육 및 피드백 제공전문성, 팀워크, 고객 서비스 중심 문화를 팀 내에 정착Customer & Staff SafetyMaintain a visible and approachable presence to deter potential threats.Address in-store safety issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Support staff with security-related questions and concerns.Assist with emergency response and evacuation procedures.고객 및 직원 안전 보장위협 요소를 억제하기 위해 눈에 띄고 접근 가능한 위치 유지매장 내 안전 문제를 해결하고 안전 규정 준수 확인직원들의 보안 관련 질문 및 우려에 대해 지원비상 상황 및 대피 절차에 대한 안내 제공Reporting & DocumentationPrepare and submit weekly security reports.Document security incidents and outcomes in detail.Maintain proper documentation for all incidents under store loss prevention programs.Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.보고 및 문서화주간 보안 보고서 작성 및 제출모든 보안 사건 및 그 결과를 상세하게 기록도난방지 프로그램이 있을 경우 관련 사건을 전부 기록기밀 정보 및 민감한 사항에 대한 적절한 처리Key QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training are a plus.Minimum of 10 years’ experience in retail security.Proven experience in managing security personnel (retail environment preferred).Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Physically capable of standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods.자격 요건고등학교 졸업 또는 이와 동등한 학력 (관련 자격증 또는 교육 이수자 우대)리테일 보안 분야에서 10년 이상의 경력보안 인력 관리 경험 필수 (리테일 환경 우대)뛰어난 리더십, 커뮤니케이션 및 대인관계 능력위기 상황에서 침착함을 유지하고 이성적 판단을 내릴 수 있는 능력야간, 주말 등 유연 근무 가능자장시간 서 있거나 걷고, 매장을 순찰할 수 있는 신체 능력 보유
