That’s the BME difference.Job DescriptionBME Fire Trucks is seeking a full-time morning shift Security Guard to man our security booth. As Security Guard you will be responsible for the safety and security of the facilities you protect. Our security officers act as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions; they detect and report suspicious, unsafe or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts which may be a threat to the people, property, or information at the site. As Security Guard your responsibilities will include:Ensuring the facility is provided with high quality security services to protect people and propertyReporting safety concerns, security breaches and unusual circumstances both verbally and in writingBuilding, improving and maintaining effective relationships with both client employees and guestsAnswering questions and assisting guests and employees in a professional, welcoming mannerOther duties as assignedRequirementsQualificationsWhat It Takes To Catch Our EyeAt least 18 years of ageMust display exceptional customer service and communication skillsRemain flexible to ever changing environments; adapt well to different situationsAbility to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standardNeat and professional appearanceWork in various environments including adverse outdoor conditions such as cold, rain or heatConstant mental alertness and attention to detail required while setting priorities and following up on assignmentsAbility to cover the 4am-1pm shift.This is a full-time permanent position located on site in Boise, Idaho.
