We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time Security Officer opportunities across multiple client sites in the New Hampshire Seacoast region. Primary openings are located in Stratham, NH. These roles involve maintaining a safe and secure environment, conducting regular patrols, responding to incidents, enforcing post procedures, and representing Securitas with professionalism, vigilance, and integrity.Current OpeningsShift: Multiple shifts available (primarily 1st and 2nd shift)Locations: Primary openings are located in Stratham, NH - Discuss with recruiter at time of interview for additional locations. Pay Rate: Discuss during interview (varies by site and shift)Key ResponsibilitiesPatrol and Monitoring: Regularly patrol premises to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and property. Monitor security cameras and alarms for suspicious activity. Gate duties and some vehicle patrols.Access Control: Manage access points, check identification, and maintain visitor logs.Incident Response: Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies; contact appropriate personnel and authorities when necessary.Reporting: Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports.Emergency Procedures: Follow evacuation, medical, and emergency protocols.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all security policies and regulations; identify and address risks or hazards.Collaboration: Work closely with other security staff and site teams to ensure coordinated protection.QualificationsExperience: Previous security or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and observational skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.Certifications: Security guard certification or related training is a plus.
