Security Specialist – ICT & Facilities Controls

About The RoleThe Security Specialist will support IWNSPO to manage and refine the security and ICT controls in line with PED-free working zones. The role involves reviewing, updating and documenting security procedures relating to ICT access and device usage.Clearance: NV1DutiesReview and develop security procedures. Develop guidelines for restrictions on electronic devices. Work with leadership to ensure processes align with organisational security policies. Define and document device access control processes. Determine access control measures such as security check-ins or system requirements. Review facilities control measures related to security. Skills RequiredExperience developing and implementing security protocols in ICT and facilities environments. Knowledge of security best practices for both physical facilities and digital environments. Strong understanding of ICT controls including access management, device security and data protection. DesirableExperience in CASG/Defence environments. Familiarity with Defence security policies. Relevant security qualification or degree.
