Security Supervisor - Kelowna Mobile Patrol

MOBILE PATROL SUPERVISOR As a Mobile Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of security officers and establish team compliance with all protocols. This is not an office job, you be actively, patrolling and responding to calls. Leading by example, you will also ensure the professionalism and deportment of security officers in the unit, including coaching, mentoring, training, and performance management.Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pmPay rate: $25.00/hourYour Must-Haves:BC Security Workers LicenseClass 5 Drivers License & a clean driver’s abstractExperience in a supervisor roleStrong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in preparing and reviewing security reportsProficient with MS Office and comfortable with using computersAbility to obtain and maintain security clearancesSound knowledge of TrackTik Security SoftwareAbility to respond to all communications by phone and email in a timely mannerJob Responsibilities:Coordination and supervision of all field operations including HomeWatch and Alarm Response programsSchedule mobile patrols using TrackTick Security SoftwareResponsible for the management and maintenance of fleet vehiclesReport writing and reviewing all staff reportsComplete scheduled mobile patrols, respond to alarm calls and emergenciesMeet with new clients and complete site assessmentsAssist with scheduling regular shifts and vacation coverageOther duties as requiredOur Story Commissionaires BC is a Canadian, not-for-profit security/enforcement organization that has been in business since 1927.
