Manage the full recruitment life cycle for a variety of roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Proactively source and engage top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals. Provide exceptional experience to all candidates, maintaining clear communication and timely feedback throughout the process. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Support the company’s employer branding initiatives by promoting our values, mission, and culture to potential candidates. Use recruitment data and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and adjust as needed.
