We are looking to hire ambitious and outgoing Emirati Nationals to join our extremely successful Customer Service team to deliver the best possible Service to customers by welcoming them professionally, following up on service jobs and queries and communicating in a professional and cordial way. Key Responsibilities:

Follow all relevant processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that customer queries are handled in a consistent mannerAppear courteous, patient and helpful and follow all standards always set for query handling in order to maintain the image of the brand and our companyFollow up and keep customers always updated on their queries or service requestsHandle any customer complaints professionally and in a courteous mannerRefer any issues/ escalations to Team Leader Customer Support or Assistant Manager to ensure timely resolutionAttends to walk-in customers and visitors when neededIn order to be successful in this role, you should have:
