Manage all incoming and outgoing stock using our POS systemReceive, count, and reconcile stock deliveries against invoicesReplenish floor stock regularly and ensure merchandise is tagged, folded, and presented to brand standardsOrganise the backroom with clear categorisation by style, size, and colourAction stock consolidations, markdowns, and transfers in line with head office instructionsMaintain accurate paperwork and ensure monthly unmatched transfer reports are resolvedWork closely with Store Management to monitor slow-moving stockRespond quickly and professionally to customer and team stock requestsMaintain a safe, clean and efficient stockroom environmentContribute to a positive, team-focused culture and support overall store operationsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Previous experience working in a retail stockroom Strong organisational skills to ensure that the stockroom is organised and well laid out at all times so that store staff can access stock effectively in order to maximise sales on the shop floorThe ability to prepare and process all relevant paperwork for incoming / outgoing stock deliveriesA capacity to conduct daily replenishment of floor stock including styling and detailing to uphold our high visual merchandising standardsCustomer service skills required to assist and serve customers as neededValue attention to detail and orderMust be available to work 20 hours a weekAt Seed Heritage, we elevate the everyday.
