About the RoleAs a UX/UI Designer at Seisma, you'll contribute to the design and delivery of Salesforce-powered solutions across government and financial services clients.

Working within our Solution Design Services Programme, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—business analysts, developers, solution architects, and stakeholders—to translate complex business requirements into simple and seamless user experiences. This is an ideal role for a designer looking to grow their skills within a high-performing, purpose-driven team that values collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreate wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs aligned with user and business needsTranslate business and technical requirements into intuitive, human-centered interfacesDesign Salesforce Lightning UI components with a focus on consistency and usabilityCollaborate with stakeholders to run discovery sessions, user testing, and iterative feedback loopsEnsure compliance with accessibility and brand standardsWork within Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to design handoffs and documentationWhat You’ll Bring3–5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in enterprise or government projectsExperience working on Salesforce platforms (especially Lightning Experience)Exposure to the Solution Design Services Programme (SDSP)Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design toolsStrong understanding of responsive design and component-based design systemsAbility to present and communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesA collaborative mindset and user-first approach to problem solvingWhy Join Seisma?At Seisma, we’re more than just a tech consultancy, we are a values-led team with a focus on delivering meaningful, people-first solutions.
