Open positions (three positions are available)Theoretical research in quantum metrology• Develop error-control techniques (e.g., quantum error correction, unitary control) to restore the estimation precision from noise in NV-center based magenetic field sensing• Design error-control protocols feasible with current experimental capabilities and conduct collaborative studies with experimental groups• Pursue theoretical investigations across the broader field of quantum metrologyTheoretical research in quantum learning theory• Propose efficient PAC-learning frameworks for quantum systems (e.g., Hamiltonianlearning, Pauli channel learning)• Identify and characterize quantum resources enabling efficient PAC-learning• Analyze the underlying mathematical structures of relevant quantum resourcesResearch on quantum error correction• Study continuous-variable-based quantum error-correcting codes such as GKP and cat codes• Studying on QLDPC codes3. Eligibility• PhD in physics, computer science, mathematics, or engineering• At least one SCI-indexed publication in quantum information theory5.
