We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Risk Analyst to join the risk management team. The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing and monitoring the creditworthiness of counterparties, contributing to the development of risk models, and supporting decision-making processes across the institution. Key Responsibilities: Conduct credit risk assessments for corporate, institutional, and retail clients. Monitor and report on credit exposures and portfolio performance. Assist in the development and validation of credit risk models and rating systems. Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with front office, compliance, and other risk teams to ensure alignment on risk policies. Support regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with local and EU regulations (e. g. , CSSF, EBA). Contribute to stress testing and scenario analysis exercises. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in credit risk analysis within a financial institution. Strong understanding of credit risk concepts, financial statements, and rating methodologies. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (Basel III/IV, IFRS 9, etc. ). Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of risk systems or programming (e. g.
, SAS, Python, SQL) is a plus. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Fluent in English; French or German is an asset.
