We are partnered with an established Venture Capital & Private Equity firm, seeking a driven professional to contribute to the engagement with private wealth channels helping to expand the client reach across Europe. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building strategic relationships and is passionate about connecting investors with Evergreen opportunities in venture capital. Responsibilities: Fundraising initiatives targeting private wealth platforms, with a strong initial focus on the DACH region. Establish and grow partnerships with key players in the wealth management space private banks, asset managers, multi-family offices, and independent advisors.
Build a strong pipeline of distribution partners and drive growth in capital commitments. Map market opportunities and execute targeted outreach strategies to unlock new investor segments. Deliver tailored presentations of investment offerings & craft engaging materials and manage investor communications, ensuring clarity and responsiveness. Oversee the full investor life cycle, from on boarding and documentation to long-term relationship management. About you: A strong client-first mindset and a deep understanding of the private wealth landscape. Proven success in fundraising, business development, or relationship management within private markets. Experience working with or distributing to private wealth entities is desired.
Familiarity with evergreen fund structures and alternative investment vehicles is preferred. Fluent in English and German. Excellent communication, networking and organisational skills. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
