This role involves managing the full project lifecycle — from proposal stage to completion — while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and international stakeholders. The Role: Develop comprehensive project proposals, including objectives, scope, key deliverables, resource needs, and execution strategy. Prepare and deliver documentation for key project milestones, reviews, and closure, including reports, presentations, and contractual materials. Handle contractual discussions, clarifying requirements and resolving discrepancies. The Profile: Master’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 2 years of project management experience within a high-technology or regulated industry. Strong background in preparing proposals and managing submission processes. Skilled in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and performance tracking. Ability to prioritize effectively, make sound decisions, and delegate when needed.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes. Proactive and adaptable, comfortable working in fast-moving environments.
