Role descriptionThis is a full-time, on-site (or hybrid) role for a Community Manager located in Riga, Latvia. The Community Manager will be responsible for creating and engaging with the community across various platforms, managing social media channels, and creating and curating content.

This role gives you the freedom to shape and build our community using the strategies and tools you find most effective with the goal of having an engaged, thriving skincare business community.

Build and grow Selfnamed’s community across social media, forums, and other platformsManage daily operations of social media channels, including content planning, posting, and engagementCreate and curate content that resonates with our audience and strengthens brand presenceWork with existing templates, visuals, and creative assets to produce engaging contentConfidently handle images, graphics, and basic editing tools to adapt materials for different platformsCollaborate with designers when needed, but take ownership of day-to-day visual content executionLead conversations, respond to community inquiries, and encourage user-generated contentTrack, analyze, and report on community and social media performance metricsCollaborate with other in-house teams to align community efforts with company goalsWhat you bringNative-level English proficiency, both written and spokenExperience in content creation and curation, preferably in social mediaInterest in community management and engagementConfidence working with visual assets and storytelling (any design experience is a plus)A self-driven mindset with the ability to take full ownership of tasksProactive approach to challenges and tasks, with drive to experimentYou find ways to get things done, even with limited resourcesYou enjoy building things from scratch and seeing them growYou’re honest and straightforward with peopleYou’d rather finish and improve later than get stuck chasing perfectYou have ideas and a vision for what a community could beYou’re confident in yourself and not afraid to take initiativeWhat we offerA base salary 1700 - 2500 EUR gross based on experience and previous track recordComprehensive health insurance after the trial period.
