About The TeamAs a member of the Seller Acquisition team, you will contribute to the growth of new sellers' performance by acquiring Japanese sellers who fit Shopee cross border business via various logistics models (ie. SLS, Local Fulfillment Services). You will report to the Seller Acquisition team lead, and work closely with relevant teams such as the Seller onboarding team, Incubation team, and Marketing solution teams to ensure new sellers’ seamless onboarding, and sustainable performances after onboarding.Job DescriptionGenerate and acquire leads by targeting best-fit (Local fulfillment) sellers based on comprehensive market intelligence such as B2B/B2C or on/offline export and local demands on Japanese products, but not limited to. Build strong and trusted relationships with (new) key enablers/players, such as TP, ERP, and logistics partners for high-quality of seller acquisitionBe responsible for working with potential new sellers by having a solid recommendation on market/ category/ SKU selection for SLS/ local fulfillment service onboardingBe responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding journey by improving, standardizing, and optimising by working with relevant teamsBe responsible for tracking, monitoring and improving the performance of new sellers RequirementsAbility to create your own path and to work in a fast-moving environmentAt least 3 years of working experience in relevant professional backgroundCross-border ecommerce or FBA experience (at least one year) is a plusDemonstrated success in exceeding sales objectives using a solution-focused, action biased and creative approachEntrepreneurship and ability to add value by driving initiativesStrong stakeholder management and relationship management skills backed with analytical skillWork well with cross-functional teams in a pressured environment maintaining a positive, team-player mindsetExceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills to manage and negotiate with various partnersStrong data management ability or willingness to learn is a must
