About The TeamThe Cross Border team at Shopee empowers sellers from all over the world to sell into the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region. The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence. Browse our Cross Border eCommerce team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.Job DescriptionWork closely with partners to ensure alignment on business objectives, industry trends, and expansion opportunitiesExamine market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to enhance KR products’ positioningIdentify challenges and opportunities in B2C&C2C business across markets, creating solutions that fit oversea consumer’s needs.Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and strategic initiativesDevelop and execute high-impact campaigns, including Double digit days, Mega Sale, and seasonal promotionsHold regular meetings with partners to discuss performance, strategy, and growth opportunities, while identifying business opportunities and addressing potential gapsUtilize data-driven insights to recommend and implement improvements in pricing, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.Lead the development and growth of renowned and rising Korean products to accelerate their e-commerce successRequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, with 2+ years of working experience in e-commerce industry, experience managing SMB resellers in beauty category is a plusStrong understanding of e-commerce industry including consumer behaviour, and the competitive landscapeProven experience in seller/account management or cross-border commerce, with a strong commercial mindsetGood team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn and share knowledgeSelf-driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independentlyProficiency in Google products (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms etc.)Good written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management both in English and Korean
