Job DescriptionManage programs - oversee program operations & monitor program achievementsWork with stakeholders to resolve program issues Leverage all data to identify pain points on current operational process, propose improvements, and execute improvementsSupport program PIC in planning & executing growth projectsPrepare periodic updates to management on programs and ad-hoc initiativesRequirementsMinimum Bachelor Degree from any major with good GPA/IPK - 3 & above (out of 4)Minimum 1 year of work experience Proficiency in excelFamiliarity with Microsoft Powerpoint/Google SlidesGood structured thinking & problem solving skillsGood english skillsKnowledge/experience in Project Management, Business Development, and Data Analysis is preferredWork experience in e-commerce/tech industry is a plus
